To anyone considering selling their property, I would recommend you take the time to have a discussion with David Jeffries and his team.
Here is a breakdown of my dealings with David;
• I was undecided on when to sell my Cairns property, I called David for some advice on the market at the time. He gave me frank information on the market and an understanding of his sale strategy for my house if I decided to sell.
• David contacted me every month or so for an unpressured chat about the market status, this continued for eight months until my wife and I were happy with the market and ready to sell.

When we moved to Redlynch we loved our home and the area however due to circumstances beyond our control, after three years we had to move.
